Our apartments situated in the very heart of Tartu, only a few metres from Town Hall and Tartu University. All the apartments have internet connection, television and a kitchen. Bedlinen and towels are included in the price. Our guests may use the washing machine, dryer and electric iron. Smoking is not allowed in our building. For guests arriving by car we offer parking space in our courtyard. It is possible to rent the apartments for a longer period of time. 

Prices:

• Apartment 1 and 2 (for 1-2 persons) 60€ per night
• Apartment 3 (for 1-3 persons) 95€ per night 
• Extrabed and babybed 10€ per night
• Parking in courtyard 8€ per night
• At next day all prices -20%
• At next week: under an agreement.
• Exceptionally (holidays, exhibitions, fairs, festivals, ecv) until +50%

Prices for a longer period of time:

• Apartment 1 and 2  (for 1-2 persons) 480 € per month
• Apartment 3 (for 1-3 persons) 800 € per month
• Extrabed and babybed +10% per month
• Parking in courtyard 80€ per month
• For a longer period of time: under an agreement

Additional cleaning and laundry: under an agreement.
